Capacity Strengthening
Capacity strengthening equips organizations with the skills, resources, and strategies needed to navigate their challenges successfully.
TCS provides support through workshops, training, and coaching. This approach empowers organizations to enhance their effectiveness, the ability to increase overall impact, and achieve sustainability.
Community Violence Intervention (CVI)
TCS provides training and technical assistance to ensure that our clients fully understand CVI. This includes violence interrupters, street outreach workers, case managers, victim advocates, organizational leadership, and community stakeholders. The goal is that all entities are clear about the approach and their specific roles in contributing to the reduction of violence.
Coaching
TCS works closely with each leader to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement and then collaborates with them to develop strategies and action plans to achieve their goals. It is a strategic approach to nurturing and empowering leaders at all levels within an organization.
Team Building
TCS works closely with teams to identify group strengths, areas needing improvement, and opportunities for growth. We conduct dynamic team-building activities, including scavenger hunts and other interactive exercises, to enhance morale, build trust, and strengthen team cohesion. Our strategic approach helps teams communicate effectively, improve collaboration, and develop action plans to achieve their collective goals, empowering all members to contribute meaningfully to the organization’s success.
